Our Peak Performance Model is rooted in extensive research and validated through real-world application. Our assessment (©PPTa 1.0) evaluates teams against benchmarking companies across eight critical dimensions, assessing their performance on 19 key subdimensions. In addition, teams receive a percentage-based readiness score toward achieving peak performance, while also highlighting individual perceptions of contribution to the team’s overall success. The leadership version of the assessment (© PPTLa 1.0) includes a leadership assessment, evaluating the leader’s effectiveness in driving enduring team peak performance.

Your teams path to Enduring Peak Performance
The foundation of enduring peak performing teams is so robust they navigate obstacles, adapt to changing team dynamics or external factors and consistently deliver sustainable results. Your team’s progression will unfold across four key stages.
Typical coaching assignments with senior management teams are between four and eight months.
Discovery
Each team embarks from a unique starting point. That’s why we reject the notion of a one-size-fits-all solution. Our initial step is to delve deeply into understanding your business challenges and to align with the team sponsor. The outcomes of this phase are an understanding of the context in which the team operates and the sponsor(s) motivation to embark on enduring peak performance. This phase usually takes about 10% of the total assignment.
Gathering insights
Our proprietary assessment tool (© PPTa 1.0), in-depth team member interviews, team observations and other tools will establish a solid foundation of understanding the team’s strengths and opportunities. The outcomes of this phase are agreed and specific focus and objectives for the team to work on. This phase usually takes about 15% of the total assignment.
Customized Enablement
Depending on your team’s starting point we might apply strategies to establish the foundational elements of Enduring Peak Performing Teams (like trust, alignment, conflict resolution or accountability) before working on more complex team dynamics (like innovation, continuous improvement or thought diversity). Deep group conversations, team exercises, carefully selected interventions, targeted team training or the use of further assessment tools (DISC, EQ 2.0…) might be applicable to support your team’s development. The outcomes of this phase are notable and measurable improvements in the areas the team selected to focus. This phase usually takes about 60% of the total assignment.
Building Enduring Peak Performance
Your team operates within a dynamic environment where shifts in team structure and membership or evolving internal and external demands can present challenges. We support your team in achieving sustainable, long-term peak performance by fostering a growth-mindset, emphasizing continuous learning and prioritizing ongoing improvement. The outcomes of this phase are ensuring the team has the processes, tools and techniques to make their improvements sustainable. This phase usually takes about 15% of the total assignment.
